The deal is held only in Japan
We ask customer to visit our office in Japan(Osaka) and proceed the delivery.
We will not have any distribution agent or exportation in other countries.
(Visual demonstration will be taken place before the delivery. Later described)
- Why dealing and settlement are held only in Japan?
- We are not to export to certain countries, for that they restrict an import of our devices in business. Consider purchasing the product requires you coming to our office in Japan for that reason.
- Is it available to be held in other city in Japan besides Osaka?
- Avaialble.
We have informal satelite offices at major cities in Japan.
We can arrange our staff to have the deal at your acommodation, when the conditions are fullfilled to prevent troubles. The condition includes a cetain number of pre-order, and prepayment.
Please contact us in advance before plan the deal.
- Can we have the meeting on weekend or other day?
- Basically available.
But the condition above will be required, such as a certain number of pre-order.
Extra fee will not be charged for this irregular meeting.
- Can I order a single device purchase?
- Basically we are not to sell any device separately.
The general public or civil company are available to purchase only 'Basic 3models Kit'(See a picture below).
'Basic 3models Kit' contains 3 devices in a basic business set (Receiver, Card-type device, Pen-type device, Outlet-type device, Specialized case).
The basic devices are not same performance as official kit.
- Is it possible to change the combination of the basic kit?
- Available.
The basic kit are set with a receiver, and 3 different devices for each purpose.
Variety or number of devices can be changed (Receiver as well).
Examples:
- 3 card-type
- 2 pen-type, and 1 card-type
- 6 card-type, and 3 pen-type
- 3 receivers and 8 card-type
number and combination are flexible.
Additional change in order:
Additional change needs 2 more weeks to craft the specialized hard case.Please let us know your request.
Pre-order and interview schedule
Please inform us the number of the set, and the combination request in advance.
We will keep your requested number from our stock, because the supply could be changed.
But it is available to keep your request befor our meeting schedule that depends on number.
- How can we arrange the meeting?
- Arranged by advance reservation only.
Please inform us your preferred date to visit then we will plan the appropriate schedule for both of us.
Basically the meeting with the general or civil company person will be planed within 9:00 to 11:00 AM, 3days in a week.
*We are NOT accept any visit without reservation.
- Do we have to state an identification?
- You will not be required to state it when you purchase the item on the website.
- What's the payment method?
- After the demonstration on your sight, proceed the payment in cash.
We deal with credit card or PayPal as well if the amount comes to highly.
Since credit card record will be traced in your country, consider the cash payment for your privacy.
- Can I appoint the proxy to purchase, or to visit? Any problem has been occurred?
- We are not to export to certain countries, for that they restrict an import of our devices in business. Consider purchasing the product requires you coming to our office in Japan for that reason.
- Why the actuation check held in Japan?
- Our products are distributed only in Japan.
If malfunction may be occurred in your country, would cause trouble of returning.
And to avoid unnecessary touble of misunderstanding, complaint, we ask customers to inspect the demonstration on your sight and to agree with the check, before purchasing. All of our product take the step to be on deal.
We appriciate your understanding on the procedure. This method guarantees the quality, that wouldn't be required to buy a common appliance.
- Any favorable reason to visit over Japan?
- First, you'll never get the inferior ones, a cheap copy of our products.
Second, you can inspect the device by yourself.
And you'll be preferentially given the opportunity to get new-build device, that will be non-disclosure, and limited number.
Further more, your request about feature, model will be accepted and applied in future product.
- Why manufacturing a wide variety of products in small quantities, and un-disclosed distribution?
- Simply to protect the product's confidentiality.
Views on the web may uncover the matter of confidentiality in public, may cause the intelligence operation at risk.
If recognized easily by object person, it exerts serious damages on detective affairs and business.

- How can we get the models varied and in small quantities?
- Since products are unpublicized in small number, we believe that asking customer to visit us and have the deal in your presence is the most reasonable way for both.
- Can we meet to have an interview or consulting only, even not purchasing?
- Available.
The matters incovinient for email may call for the meeting.

BYOD
- Can I bring own device to install Septer circuit as transmitter?
- Available.Please ask us the customizing price.
Communication
- How can we get a contact, and new release information?
- We arrange a communication with visited customer.
There would be a chance making a contact when our staff are on travel.
What's included in the fee pre-paid?
This charges interpretation basically.
We arrange the interpretation of your language at the deal. But there would be a problem on our business if appointment canceled or without purchasing occurred frequently, so we ask our customer the fee of the interpretation as a deposit.
This fee accept only in PayPal before visiting Japan, and will be withheld from your purchasing price.
In fact there will be any charge on customer but us, if the deal proceeds on schedule.
Please consider this as benefit for both.
- Do we have to pay in advance on each visit?
- We discontinue this process when trouble are less than our supposition. Added, our business customer dealed several times is not required to pay the fee.
- Any exception of the interpretation fee?
- We don't demand the fee and the procedure on the deal introduced from trusted company or person.
- Why paid with PayPal only?
- PayPal only meets conditions of secure transfer, messaging with passcode, and available in the most of country.
We reply to you with 'passcode' when you finish the payment, to prevent the identity theft involved.
The passcode confirm your payment as like a billet, and only the person who paid will be able to receive it via PayPal.
- Can I ask someone to pay the fee via PayPal?
- In a circumstance that customer are not able to use PayPal, we accept the representative PayPal account payment.
- In case unable to visit for the deal, what would be happened? Can we prolong the schedule?
- Rescheduling available, but shouldn't be any postponed.
We reschedule the deal within 3 months ( and only once normally), but repeated reschedule will effect on our business so that the deal will be canceled.
This rescheduled day will be arranged on our priority, and will ask customer to assign the representative visiting us with the passcode, if unavailable.
Warranty
The product warranty guarantees free replacement and repair program when an obvious flaw caused by manufacturing failure was found. But malfunction due to negligence or fault accident will not be covered by this warranty.
