Any difference with a normal pen equipped with a voice recorder?
Such voice recordable device has some problem like:
- Only a few hours to record sounds, unsuitable for a month long mission
- Troubles of collecting sound and the quality
- The data will be gone with founder when exposed
- Still problems arise even not found:
- Possibility taken by someone
- The value of the information could be in vain if retrieve needs time
It's obvious that there are far different between the feature sending a sound instantly to remote location.
As noted in other part, our products are exclusively specialized for the undercover intelligence operation, are not a office equipment.
The sample sound on the product page is reliable with quality?
Those sounds are NOT our high-performance quality in our products.
We use a low-quality, adequate sound to be on the web.
The sample were recorded with 'normal'-model device though, is enough to grasp and collect surrounding sound.
In case you require more quality for your usage, gladly customize the sound clearly.
The interference might be happened?
Since the distance of a common UHF transmitter cover a long range, it could encounter a transmitter allocating same frequencies within your range. However it's least likely to happen often.
Can the range of distance be extended?
As about the consumer kit(analog), there's some disadvantages along with demanding long distance unnecessarily. - Enlarge capacity - Decrease battery duration - radio disturbance from electronics devices altered illegally ( in countries undeveloped of registration) - Greater risk to be detected
Extension and customize are available on a technical level though, we suggest the adequate length as reasonable.
What are the band of channels (frequencies)?
We prepare 3 stabilized channel on the transmitter.
It's never been reported about trouble though, we respond to add channels in your request.
Any change on the model of transmitter?
Analog devices introduced on the site have same quality of the sound received.
We design the parts inside depend on size or thinness so that change only appearance and shape.
What's the VOX feature, dedicated for Card-type?
VOX is the power-saving feature, purposed to survey longtime.
- If there's no-sound, automatically close the transmit then become a idle-mode, saving battery
- Hard-to-detect from a common detector
- Minimize analyzing effort because no-sound periods are not recorded
It contributes total recording time longer.
Some report shows that a surveillance with VOX feature lasted 3month and more.
Can the device record a sound by itself?
You can record by connecting the device with your IC recorder. Cheaper than equipped recorder.
High-quality auto-recording function will be released in the future.
Will the current transmitter work, even after new-version released?
We design all the current features function in the future as well, after the new-version transmitter device released.

It's available to install sound edit feature on auxiliary component, including transmitter, recorder, and sound edit software on customizing order.

Unstable performance due to condition
Can the range of distance be extended?
Some condition below may effect on the distance range of the wave and receiving status. In a short distance rarely effect to the wave. Yet this caused by radio wave condition on each countries.

Is it possible to alter under unstabilized condition?
We accept order as customize model.
Do they have an particular logo or mark of product to recognize as transmitter?
The devices don't have mark inscribed but a label is sticked.
The circuit in the device has finest quality?
They would be defined in Low-end level.
Designing the circuit took place over 10 years ago, but updating speed in tha kind is not frankly equall with PC, mobile phones.
The basic feaure and spec are still very useful, and has no problem now.
Are they all you product in line?
We introduce our products only 'basic 3model kit' in the website. All of other new product are not opened.

Can we present the sound data as evidence in the court?
It depends on legal criteria in countries held.
However, credibility of sound date recorded byour analog device is more reliable than the date recorded by digital device, which could easily be manipulated.
Does analog/digital transmitter have scrambling feature?
Currently such feature is not planned on consumer model.
Except of investigate/detect purposed company, available to prove the license of the feature.
Does the device send the visual data as well?
We don't distribute the visual feature to consumer, generals.
It's apparently impossible to access the ultra-compact, sound and visual transmittable device in the current market.
Our policy doesn't permit to distribute the device to the generals which could be used to and increase criminal spying.
Except of investigate agency, detective company, or the department authorized from government.

Can I purchase the main board component of device alone?
Unavailable.
we are not to distribute parts that may not be buit up completely, because our products requires expert skill to compose.
That shows the reason of that some other items affordable with OEM distributor are less reliability and not established in business.
